Our Story
Founder, Sthal
I grew up watching my grandparents struggle to travel comfortably to places like the Kumbh Mela. Later, living in Mumbai, I saw how difficult it was for working professionals to plan meaningful weekend escapes. Through my own trekking and camping experiences, I discovered the beauty of slow travel — but also the lack of comfort, safety and thoughtfully designed outdoor experiences.
Sthal was born from the belief that travel should feel effortless, comfortable and deeply connected to nature. Today we begin with curated camper van experiences, but our vision is much larger: to build India's camper van movement.
